Cancellation by customer
You can cancel an order until it has been processed or approved or dispatched by Us or within 12 hours from the time of ordering, whichever is applicable. We shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount
We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by Us. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Us and accept Our decision regarding the cancellation.
Cancellation by Us
Please note that there may be certain orders that We are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in Your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. Cash payment mode orders will be cancelled for non-receipt of cash within 2 days from the time of placing the order. Cheque payment mode orders will be cancelled if cheque is not deposited or intimation of the same is not given to Us within 2 days from the time of placing the order.
Refund Processing
The amount will be refunded to You within 8-10 working days. For card payments, the refund will be processed back to the same card from where the payment was done.
How do I cancel an order?
1) Log into Your User account and go to the 'My Orders' page
2) Identify the item You want to cancel and click on the corresponding link.
3) In the detailed order page, You will see 'Cancel' links against each of the items in that order
4) Click on the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation
5) Once Your cancellation request is created, We will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.
6) Alternatively, You may cancel Your order by sending an email to Customer care mentioning the Order ID/Number to be cancelled.
Why do I see a disabled 'Cancel' link?
A disabled 'Cancel' link can mean the following things:
- The item has already been processed or shipped by Us
- The item has a quantity greater than one associated with it.
- The item is non-refundable.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once You request the cancellation of item(s) in Your order, it will take Us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same. However, if You opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 8-10 business days by the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Us.
7 DAY REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can return to us to get a replacement within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost.
You need to raise the replacement request within 7 days from the date of receipt of products at your end. The shipping charges for returning the items would be borne by User itself.
The item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you at no extra cost.
RETURN POLICY
Definition: 'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the User to Us on Our Website. We take utmost care for User satisfaction on purchasing products on Our Website. You can claim for replacement if not satisfied with the product(s), if they meet our terms and conditions.
The product is entitled for return if
- Item was defective
- Item was damaged during the shipping
- Products was / were missing
- Wrong item was sent
To be eligible for a return
- Item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that You received it.
- Item must be in the original packaging and accessories.
- You need to raise the return request within 7 days from the date of receipt of products at your end. The shipping charges for returning the items would be borne by User itself
- You must contact on our Website thru Your Login id, call Us or email Us. No SMS would be considered for return.
Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Sale/offer/discounted items can neither be replaced, returned nor refunded
- In case User orders a wrong item, User shall not be entitled to any return/refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
- Damages due to misuse of product.
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
- Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories.
Once User has raised a return request by contacting Us, We can select anyone of the following while closing the return ticket:
- Replace after shipment collection. We would wait for the logistics team to collect the shipment from the User before replacing it)
- Refund after shipment collection. We would wait for the logistics team to collect the shipment from the User before refunding)
- Refund without shipment collection. We would refund the User without expecting the original shipment back)
- Replace without shipment collection. We would replace the order without expecting the original shipment back)
