Pilelex gives relief in painful & bleeding Piles. It is very much effective in swollen Piles, constipation, with heavy pressure in the lower part of the abdomen, constipation with violent rectal pain, bleeding & burning in the anus, tearing / violent pain during & after stool, itching in the anus, internal blind piles, frequently with pain in back and diarrhea with jaundice.

7. COLLINSONIA (COLLINSONIA CANADENSIS / Stone-Root)
8. ACID NITRIC (NITRICUM ACIDUM / Nitric Acid )
9. PAEONIA OFF. (Peony /PAEONIA)  
10. THUJA OCCIDENTALIS (Arbor vitæ)

Shelf life and special conditions for storage: Pilelex is a Homoeopathic medicine, so it may be kept forever if It should be stored in a cool, dry place, should be properly & tightly caped, and protected from sunlight.
