Dr. Advice® No. 82 PURPIRAL FEVER (Puerperal Fever Drops)

Indications:

REPL Dr. Advice® No. 82 PURPIRAL FEVER is prescribed in the symptoms associated with childbed fever, puerperal sepsis. This is sepsis generated in the mother after child-birth by germs getting into the uterine cavity through unclean hand or dressing. Symptoms include chills, abdominal tenderness and pain, rapid pulse & respiration, and fever. Acute auto infection, Symptoms of blood poisoning, septic condition generally puerperal infection. Tired feeling. Abdomen sensitive and tympanitic offensive.

   Mode of Action 

1. Silicea 6: Itching, burning, and soreness of the uterus and vagina.— T.F. Allen                      
2. Sulphur 6X: Frequent flushes of heat, chill and fever; heat at night without thirst. — J.H. Clarke
3. Lycopodium 6X: Metrorrhagia; dark blood with large clots; burning pain in the vagina. — J.H. Clarke
4. Ferrum Phosphoricum 6: Vaginismus; pain in the vagina during coition; cannot bear examination. — J.H. Clarke                        
5. Pulsatilla Q: Highly emotional; mentally like an April day (changeable moods). — W. Boericke
6. Ipecacuanha 6X: In labour or threatened miscarriage; pains fly from left or right; metrorrhagia. — J.H. Clarke 
7. Echinacea Q: Mucous discharge from vagina; temperature raised slightly, with flushed face. — J.H. Clarke
